Please use this form to submit your application to audition. 

Applications are open year-round, but applications received before February 20 will receive priority for the upcoming season. We will start sending acceptance/rejection letters shortly after March 1. After that point, we will post remaining vacancies and continue to accept applications for those positions. Any musician over the age of 18 may apply. 

 

We are accepting auditions for all instruments!

Application requirements:

• One-page resume

• 1 standard solo work (e.g. exposition of a Mozart concerto)

• 3 standard orchestral excerpts

Audition methods (choose one):

• Recorded video audition (submit links in application)

• Video should be from a single performance. You may offer it as a single video or separate your selections into multiple videos. 

• Live audition in Kansas City, MO by appointment

Recorded auditions may be uploaded on any platform (YouTube, Sound Cloud, Vimeo, DropBox, Google Drive, etc.). 

Please do not agonize over your repertoire selections. We want to hear you perform at your best!
